Exactly. We never change. Even if we want that, we are what we are and is very difficult to change ourselves. We keep doing always the same things beacuse in this way we feel safe , but we're not.
We HAVE TO START doing different things, starting from....tomorrow? .......NOW.

Esatto. Non cambiamo mai. Anche se lo vogliamo, siamo ciò che siamo ed è difficile cambiare noi stessi. Continuiamo a fare sempre le stesse cose perchè così ci sentiamo sicuri, ma non lo siamo.
